Sponships can be purchased online at our Sponsorship Web Store. Definition of Sponsorships and Other Contributions ******************************************************************* FULL MEETING SPONSORS Full Meeting Sponsorship will provide the following: Meeting space Meeting room set-up in banquet round tables for 40 to 60 people A registration table outside the meeting room Lunch for attendance (Menu at sponsors discretion) AV equipment (desired) Parking facilities (If only Valet, discounted rate is expected) Sponsor will be entitled to: Six months on FBTA’s website Introduce the speaker 2-5 minutes presentation Attendance List Distribute Collateral Conduct Site-inspection SharedSponsorship or Co-Sponsorship Co-sponsors will provide the same as Fullsponsors but share the costs among them i.e. Hotel and CarRental. Co-sponsors will be entitled to the same benefits as FullSponsors. Hotel Host Hotels that host an Event and offer a discount will begiven an acknowledgment during the event. (Appreciation of their effort orcontribution towards the event) Direct Member Offices Sponsorships for Events held at Direct Members offices are also welcome and can be co-sponsored. Logo to rotate on projected screen. Company logo with link on FBTA website for both November and December. Afternoon Break Sponsorship- $350; Sponsor receives: Brochure/ flyer in gift bag for all attendees Display/ literature displayed by refreshments Logo on agenda page Logo to rotate on screen with all sponsors during registration/ networking, and breaks Contact information for all travel manager in attendance Sponsorships can be purchased online at our Sponsorship Web Store.
